Kym Ruh, a distinguished native of Florida, has made remarkable contributions to the healthcare sector. Raised in Sarasota and a proud alumna of Sarasota High School, Kym’s passion for healthcare was evident from an early age. She embarked on her professional journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in 1994 and furthered her education at Sarasota County Technical Institute, graduating at the top of her class with a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree in 1998.

With over two decades of dedicated service in patient care within the Sarasota region, Kym has consistently demonstrated her commitment and expertise. Her career progression led her to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Restore Medical Partners. Since joining the organization as an Office Manager in February 2017, Kym has been instrumental in driving significant growth, expanding the company from a modest team of four employees and one department to over 50 employees across multiple multidisciplinary departments.

Kym’s leadership is marked by her exceptional skills in communication, delegation, organization, and operational management. Her proactive approach and readiness to engage in tasks of any scale have been pivotal to her success. Her expertise encompasses front office functions—such as insurance policies, scheduling, billing, authorizations, and collections—as well as back office operations, including hiring, human resources management, and adapting to evolving healthcare regulations.

Kym’s unwavering dedication to fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring outstanding patient and employee satisfaction has greatly contributed to the growth and success of Restore Medical Partners. Her exceptional leadership and distinctive skill set render her an invaluable asset to the organization.
